CM IT Services offers a comprehensive Managed IT Service Plan designed to keep your devices running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. As your trusted IT partner, we provide proactive support and peace of mind for just $100/month per device (Windows or Mac).


What’s Included

Our Managed IT Service Plan covers the following:

  • Software Troubleshooting
    We resolve software-related issues remotely, including operating system errors, application malfunctions, and performance concerns.
  • Security Updates & Patch Management
    We ensure your system stays current with the latest operating system and software security patches to protect against vulnerabilities.
  • Virus & Malware Removal
    If your system is infected, we handle the detection and removal of malicious software and help you recover with minimal disruption.

Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM)

To deliver our services efficiently, we use a trusted RMM platform called Action1. This tool enables us to:

  • Monitor system health and performance
  • Install updates and patches
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and maintenance

Privacy & Access Policy
The Action1 agent provides CM IT Services with full remote access to your device. However, we adhere to strict privacy and ethical standards:

  • Access Consent: We will never access your device without your verbal or written permission.
  • Confidentiality: Any personal or sensitive data viewed incidentally during troubleshooting is treated as strictly confidential.
  • Professional Conduct: All actions taken on your system are solely for the purpose of maintaining its functionality and security.

Billing

  • Monthly Cost: $100/device
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly, invoiced at the beginning of each service period
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice
